Walter Wellers 85th

I had the honor to be invited to celebrate a good friends 85th birthday. Our paths crossed many years ago when we were both going though some difficult times with the death of someone very close; I lost my father while he lost his wife. During those times and over the years I've had the good fortune to have been able to spend time with this man and his family. I have learned to admire, respect and most of all to be included in his family and to be able to think of his family as my own. Walter Weller, thank-you and Happy Birthday!

These pictures were taken in Brunswick, Maine over that weekend and encompass walks down near a shore house that I stayed at with some of Walters’s grandchildren (Scott, Jennifer and her husband Tyler), along with the party itself. You will have to get through many of the early pictures of the walks I had with Scott, Jennifer and Tyler before you get to the actual party pictures. As you can tell food was an major part of the weekend.

  • We walked down to this bridge from the cottage. It is the last bridge of its type remaining. As you will see in the following pictures it is VERY unique.
