Aruba 2008

Evan got 'block' leave, before shipping out to Iraq, around when Roe and I were thinking of taking a vacation. So we decided to make it a family vacation and booked a week stay down in Aruba. Roe and I had been there in 2003, but this was the first time for Evan to go to one of the islands. I think he liked this 'sand' more than he will the 'sand' in Iraq:)

  • Every ware you go you can't escape the iquana's.

  • Except when Roe stood there the biggest wave of all came crashing in and over her. Yes she got very wet.

  • Roe and I took our 1st vacation on this boat over 15 years ago. The company that did the cruises, Windjammer Barefoot Cruises, just closed it's doors so it was interesting to see the ship here.
